Over the years, there have been a lot of changes with human beings in the whole world. This has not left America behind and therefore there have been a lot of changes in the labor unions. Unlike in the past when this department would not have peaceful negotiations when they had an issue to raise, there are no more fights and there are usually peaceful negotiations in case there is an issue. (Jennings, 2004)
One of the main reasons as to why there are peaceful negotiations is the fact that there has been a lot of civilization that has taken place in the world. People have come to learn that violence no longer solves anything in fact, it cause more harm and therefore there is always a need to solve or to deal with issues peacefully. (Jennings, 2004)
In addition, with the civilizations in the whole world, the union has also evolved and therefore there has been a lot of agreement that has been arrived at. This means that people no longer needs to fight over issues and when they arise, they just need to sit down and deal with the issue using justice. (Jennings, 2004)
The union has also been recognized by the government and this means that they have better methods to make their views or their concerns known and therefore no need of violence. The management has also changed and evolved a lot adopting the new methods of leadership which gives no room for violence. If the Labor Union just stays as it is now, there are no chances that there will be violence in the future. However, the union happens to be very delicate and therefore if there are major and drastic changes, it may be difficult to judge what would happen. (Jennings, 2004)
