Paradigm

Paradigm has been defined in several ways. By referring to how Kuhn define paradigm, it is how a particular experiment is to be performed andor what materials are there for the experiment to be performed. Similarly, when it comes to scientific paradigm, it is defined as what is to be looked at and analyzed, the types of  questions to be asked regarding to the subject matter, the structure pattern of the questions, and also how the interpretation of the results is to be done. However, paradigm in the work environment is believed to be of much help in business environment as new ideas are being brought into action. By doing this there will be an increase in the profitability of an organization as more strategic issues will be put into practice leading to high productivity. Subsequently, the work environment tends to improve positively. More ways to deal with the core ways to deal with the customers will be developed.

As we clearly know that, in every business organization, there must be customers who are the major determinant in the performance of an organization. Therefore, when paradigm is put into consideration possibilities of customers satisfaction is high. Likewise, the organization grows significantly when there is use of paradigm. The managers are being motivated in which they are able to come up with more new technology thereby empowering employees performs their duties more effectively.

Despite all these, paradigms can also sometimes be unproductive. For example, the performance of a business may not result expected. In other cases, the employees may not comply with the changes brought about by paradigm. The employees may develop disputes in a work environment thereby breaking their relationships. By using paradigm, one can be able to know whether it is helpful to the organization or not by looking out on the changes whether they are positive, that is, by bringing out good results.
